Established in 2014, as a consultancy geared to the mining and resource sector, with a proven, comprehensive mix of technical and corporate expertise and experience in the industry. Initial clients included large financial institutions and assignments related to the identification and assessment of projects requiring financing along with hedging due diligence and strategic advice. Through the process of conducting reviews it became clear that a significant number of marginal or near viable projects required a “technology shift or enabler” to unlock value. The typical strategy of chasing economies of scale through resources growth clearly had left many projects in a stranded state.
